Yes it's very lightweight just 8lbs but it's surprisingly sturdy. It looks high-tech with its aluminum frame.Most light weight strollers are usually not too wide, this one is fairly wide that it accomodates your kid comfortably with a winter jacket.The wheels are plastic/rubber so it has a smooth ride for both the person pushing and the kid riding. The back reclines far enough for a good nap, though not all the way flat and the five point harness is great. The seat isn't as deep as the Vollo, meaning that smaller babies can ride in this without slumping over as much.The seat insert comes out VERY easily for washing.
It's ability to stand up on it's own(The stand alone feature is a life saver) when folded makes it easy to take to restaurants or sports games and put it aside.The sunshade is huge and can extend almost all the way down over the baby. Also, a flap in the back protects them from the sun in that direction, while making it easy to peek down and check on them when pushing them.
So light in fact that a heavy diaper bag slung over the handles can tip it over when the baby isn't in the stroller so watch out!
