The Maclaren Twin Triumph has a nicely padded seat and provide enough room that each kid has space and they don't squish each other.The seats recline practically flat, so babies as young as newborn can ride in it.With an easy, compact fold and with its side-by-side design, It is easy to push with the different weights, and fits through all doorways.
The wheels are small but well-made offer superior steering control and deliver a smooth ride. The 5-point harness is great and is designed with a button on the front and back, so it requires squeezing from both sides, making it impossible for the kid to accidentally release the latch with one button.Compared to the other double strollers out there, it is very light weight and compact when folded.
The cons are that it have no cup holder and the sunshades are a little bigger/more adjustable,i think they are small questions.
After putting our name on the waitlist in December, we got our Maclaren last month. We have been using it with our 23 month old and 9 month old and we couldn't be happier! Yes, it's pricey, but we plan on havin more kids and walking everywhere. The bugaboo cannot be beat for ease of use. I can push both girls, walk the dog, stop for a coffee, take a picture of the girls, scoop the poop, and check my email, all while talking to the girls about their world; all because it's a dream to maneuver. The base is no wider than the single bugaboo when it's in mono mode. The basket on the side makes grocery shopping with the baby as simple as can be. In duo mode the stroller is no wider than other double strollers. We haven't had any trouble with doors, elevators, sidewalks or any other city spaces. After having used the double Valco, Mountain Buggy, Maclaren, and Peg Perego we are extremely happy with the Bugaboo Donkey. It is clearly the best stroller out there for our family!
